Try this recipe the next time you are invited to a get together!!!!!!!!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1 container (6 ounces) non-fat plain &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;greek&lt;/span&gt; yogurt&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1 envelope &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;vegetable&lt;/span&gt; soup mix (1.4 ounce pack)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1/2 cup of milk ( I used almond milk)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Drain spinach, and squeeze out excess liquid.  Place the beans, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;greek&lt;/span&gt; yogurt, and milk in a food processor, or magic bullet.  Blend until smooth.  Transfer to a portable container or bowl and stir in chopped spinach and vegetable packet. I find that having a support group of friends can help tremendously!  Not only do I have my husband for support, but I also have a group of friends that are a HUGE support system. I became a part of this team three years ago, and it changed my life for good.  There are incredible ladies on this team that genuinely want each other to succeed in life!
